The assignment sounded simple, but the execution required a considerable amount of effort. How do you create a classic corporate office brochure that stands out among all the others? How can you position a building amid an expensive yet somewhat stuffy office district on a human scale? Thanks to an intensive but enjoyable collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield and Kairos a stylish and fresh brochure was created. Now all that is left is to find a buyer for this gem of 3,000sqm at the heart of the European quarter. Then A2RC, the famous Brussels architecture office, can start the construction.
