Banimmo – Tetris Business Park

Banimmo has truly created a landmark for office buildings with Tetris. They were the first Belgian developer to realize that the continued and growing uncertainty with which entrepreneurs and managers need to cope requires specific real estate solutions. Neither CEO’s, nor CFO’s or HR managers can predict future needs and resources required within 6 or 9 years. With the Tetris project in Ghent Banimmo has developed offices specifically designed with these issues in mind.

Their strategy has proven to be successful! After first delivering a building for VMM they are already laying the foundations for a brand new office building for Deloitte.

Together with Banimmo we created the “Tetris” concept, emphasizing the flexible approach of this unique business park.

The architectural firm Arch & Teco developed a fully modular and flexible building system so customers can grow along with their premises and vice versa.

The Tetris concept was further refined in a series of tools such as a website, brochure and more. The branding makes Tetris clearly stand out from local competitors.
