Fides Invest: South Eden

Again a conversion project from offices to residences. Fides Invest converted the former head office of the Chamber of Commerce in the hip southern district of Antwerp into around thirty apartments. The architect and Fides were not afraid to curb the size of the building. By integrating roof terraces and a patio the residents of all apartments can make optimum use of the incoming light.

The sales only started after acceptance. It turned out to be the right strategy as a dozen were sold in the first week. Hooox is supporting the further sale with the development of various media instruments such as Immoweb banners.
