Blue Gate Antwerp enters the European property market

Blue Gate Antwerp is becoming a top sustainable location for innovative Flemish and European businesses.  It’s an eco-efficient, water-linked 21st century industrial park, strategically situated next to the port of Antwerp and just a stone’s throw from the city. A place where clean tech, the circular economy and maritime tech will be at the heart of the development of a 63-hectare business park.

In pursuit of its international ambitions, hooox created a unique Blue Gate Antwerp Lounge during the MIPIM show in Cannes, in close consultation with the City of Antwerp and the winning consortium of DEC and Bopro for this PPS construction. This lounge became one of the main attractions in the Belgian Pavilion, where it also hosted international conferences on sustainability.

One showstopper was a nifty little piece of technology – an interactive hologram helped visitors get acquainted with the details of the project. The 3D model provided a virtual walkthrough of this massive project. This enabled Blue Gate Antwerp to communicate clearly about its Unique Selling Proposition.

Blue Gate Antwerp was certainly an eye-catcher, bringing astonishment, fascination and enthusiasm to MIPIM 2016!
