Baltisse, the investment fund of Filip Balcaen, has great ambitions and aims to be a major player in the property world. Alongside investment in Private Equity and Asset Management, the real estate division is headed by Alex Dewitte. Baltisse has already made some great acquisitions in retail, office and reconversion projects at home and abroad.
