Seeking out a reliable partner for a renewal project in Gent

3D Real Estate specialises in property redevelopment projects which breathe new life into valuable sites in cities. To develop Academie, a new neighbourhood in the historical centre of Ghent, 3D Real Estate was looking for a reliable partner for an appropriate marketing strategy – somebody with expertise, creativity and decisiveness.

We managed to convinced them and then proved, that we were the ideal partner for this new urban quarter.

Our contribution was based on an efficient, creative marketing process with a healthy mix of online and offline elements. The 7 different project segments, each with a different identity, have been on sale since February 2016. We are pleased to hear that 80% of the first phase has already been sold!
