The challenge: create an investment dossier which grabs the attention of institutional investors.

The task set out by Alexander Steyns, director at iRet Development, was clear: make a professional and creative investment dossier to better position our project with international institutional investors. Given the strong “automotive” character of the project (BMW and Maserati are important tenants on the site) we decided to integrate this element. With rich visual material, strong copywriting and clear infographics we crafted an attractive proposal.

We now have the pleasure to report that iRet Development has sold Evere Square to AXA Real Estate for 65 million euro. Perhaps we should have worked on commission… 🙂
