Condominium – Karamel

Essen has rightfully earned the title of “the greenest border municipality”. A wonderful place to walk, cycle, shop … and live! Condominium immediately recognized the potential of the location and is developing the residential project Karamel on the site of a former candy factory.

The project consists of 47 apartments of various sizes. Future occupants get the chance to choose the finishing in order to create their perfect new home.

This type of project clearly necessitates a strong communication campaign: after choosing the name and creating the project’s branding hooox further developed an entire toolset to support sales: a brochure, website, flyer distribution campaign, on site communication, …

In the following two months there will be an intensive on-line campaign: the project will be heavily featured through the Adwords platform as well as on targeted regional Facebook pages.
