In the centre of Leopoldsburg Vulpia is developing a mixed project consisting of apartments, a nursing home, assisted living units and retail space.

Hooox is in charge of the entire communication campaign. New 3D images give an impressive overview of the project. Future owners can already picture themselves in their new surroundings!

The project’s brochure emphasizes the hospitality of the municipality, its central location, the various retail opportunities as well as the intergenerational aspect at the heart of the project.

The on-line communication focusses on an accessible and information-rich website with at its core an elaborate module showing the availability of both the residential as well as the retail part of the project. The client can autonomously update these availabilities.

Sales were officially launched last week by a proud mayor, Wouter Beke.
