Verstraete Woonprojecten: Valkenerf

Valkenerf is a residential development of luxurious houses at the edge of a brand new golf course in Knokke-Heist. Based on a thorough analysis hooox advised the developer, Verstraete Woonprojecten, to aim for buyers with a sporty profile looking for a second residence in Knokke.

A collaboration with the nearby Lakeside Paradise wakeboarding club was swiftly initiated. During the two-day event potential buyers could enjoy wakeboard demonstrations and courses. Golf carts drove them to the project where they received information about the various units.
