The Chambon

Real estate developer Allfin has started reconverting the former buildings of the ASLK on the Fossé aux Loups. The project consists of a diverse cluster of buildings: the beautiful and majestic historical buildings are being renovated whereas the new elements have been thoughtfully conceived by architectural firms A2RC and Jaspers-Eyers Architects.

This paves the way for a balanced mix of city functions: luxurious apartments, offices, student housing, retail opportunities and a hotel.

Allfin chose the creative proposal of hooox in which old and new are combined to create a new urban experience. The main image of a 1920’s era lady symbolizes the authenticity and timeless aspect of the architecture. This is combined with a vibrant colour to create a modern brand identity. Chambon is the ideal location in which past and present come together in harmony.
